Eligibility

• The referral program is open to all existing customers of Techiyan who hold an active subscription.

• Referrals must be new customers who have not previously registered or purchased any services from Techiyan.

Referral Process

• To qualify for the 50% renewal discount, the referred person must mention the referrer’s name or contact at the time of purchase.

• The referral will only be valid if the referred customer successfully subscribes to any Netflix plan or a service worth 500 BDT or more from Techiyan.

Discount Details

• The referrer will receive a 50% discount on their next monthly subscription renewal for each successful referral.

• The discount only applies to renewing existing subscriptions and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

• Discounts are stackable; if multiple referrals are made, the percentage discount will be combined but cannot exceed 50% for each renewal.

• This discount does not apply to one-time purchases or lifetime subscriptions.

Reward Conditions

• The referral discount will be applied only after the referred customer completes the payment and passes a 30-day satisfaction period (if applicable).

• The discount is only applicable to the next month’s renewal of a monthly subscription and must be used within 12 months from the date of the successful referral.

Limitations

• The referral discount will be applied only to monthly (30 days) subscriptions. If multiple referrals are made, the referrer will receive a discount on the next renewal. 

• Referrals between individuals living in the same household or with the same contact information will not be eligible.

• Self-referrals or creating duplicate accounts will be disqualified from the program.

Cancellation and Modifications

• Techiyan reserves the right to cancel or modify the referral program at any time without prior notice.

• Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the referral program will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any earned rewards.

Program Disputes

• In case of any disputes regarding the referral program, the decision of Techiyan’s management will be final and binding.

• Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated on the official Techiyan website or via email.
